Office Cabling, Wi-Fi, and AV
Plan the physical technology for a new suite, occupied upgrade, office move, or expansion.
New suites and office buildouts
Before walls and ceilings close, share the floor plan, workstation and device locations, move-in date, telecom-room requirements, and the teams responsible for network equipment and configuration. ATS can coordinate structured cabling, Wi-Fi infrastructure, access control, and conference-room pathways with the GC, electrical contractor, owner, and IT provider.
- Workstation, printer, AP, camera, and room-system locations
- Rack, patch-panel, and telecom-room responsibilities
- Rough-in, ceiling-closure, move-in, and handoff dates
- Agreed labeling, testing, and closeout requirements
Occupied-office upgrades
For additions or remediation in an occupied office, identify working-hour restrictions, systems that must stay available, finished-wall and ceiling conditions, and any moves that need to happen in phases. ATS can keep the physical field scope clear while the existing IT provider retains credentials, configuration, support, and security policy.
Office moves and expansions
For a move or expansion, send the current and future floor plans, approximate workstation and device counts, move date, existing network ownership, room requirements, and any equipment being reused. Those inputs help separate new installation, moves and additions, carrier or demarc work, and the final IT handoff before a proposal is prepared.
- Structured cabling and rack installation
- Business Wi-Fi infrastructure and AP cabling
- Access control for suites and common entries
- Microsoft Teams conference and huddle rooms
Recent professional-office work
Related professional-office work includes a Pocono-region dental office low-voltage buildout, a Nanticoke eye-care office rough-in coordinated with the client's IT provider, and a completed Westchester, New York office network and conference-room buildout. The Westchester project is historical proof, not a current New York service-area claim.
