The design follows the room rather than a package. A camera that works in a huddle space cannot see the far end of a boardroom, and a bar microphone that's fine for four people will not pick up fourteen.

We build rooms for whichever platform the client already runs, and we install the hardware their IT provider standardizes on. Yealink and Logitech cover most of what we deploy. Audio is what people actually judge

Nobody complains that a room looks slightly soft. They complain that the far end couldn't hear them. Audio is where most rooms are underbuilt — glass walls, hard ceilings, and long tables all work against a single bar microphone. We match microphone type and placement to the room's size and surfaces, and we account for HVAC noise because it's usually the loudest thing in the room.

Table connectivity and cable management

The fastest way to make a room feel unfinished is to leave a bundle of cables on the table. Table connectivity should be designed before the table arrives: where table power will come from; whether the user needs HDMI, USB-C, USB, or BYOD connectivity; whether a floor core, wall pathway, under-table path, or table box is required; where the room console will live; who provides cutouts, grommets, or table boxes; and how cables will be replaced later without dismantling the room.

Physical drops often belong in the commercial structured cabling scope so the room is not waiting on a missing network jack on install day.

Coordination is most of the job

Conference rooms fail on coordination, not on equipment. Display blocking has to be in the wall before drywall, the table core has to be specified before the furniture ships, power and data have to land in the right spot, and the network drop requirement has to reach the IT team early. We handle those conversations up front instead of discovering them on install day.

For IT companies and MSPs

Room builds are ladders, mounts, millwork coordination, and cable management — work most MSPs would rather not own, on a deliverable their clients care a lot about. We build the room under your project name and hand it back for platform configuration and support. We don't pitch managed services at your client, and we'll sign a non-solicitation agreement naming your clients before the install.

How it runs

Room walkthrough, a recommendation sized to the space and platform, coordination with the trades and furniture vendor, install and cabling, then commissioning and a short walkthrough with staff so the room gets used instead of avoided.
