Smart Hands & Commercial Field Deployment for MSPs & Integrators

Your client stays your client. ATS handles the physical field scope — rack-and-stack, cabling, APs, Teams Rooms, surveys, testing, photos, and closeout.

Your engineers do not need to fly to every site just because the work requires a ladder, a rack, a cable pull, or a pair of hands in front of the equipment.

Atkins Tech Solutions provides physical field execution for MSPs, IT providers, VARs, and technology integrators — including rack-and-stack, structured cabling, AP installation, MDF/IDF work, commercial AV / Teams Rooms, site surveys, equipment swaps, troubleshooting support, testing, photos, and closeout.

When partners use ATS

Typical partner dispatch reasons:

  • the customer is outside the partner's normal field radius
  • the project requires cabling or mounting the remote team does not perform
  • a rollout has more simultaneous field work than internal staff can absorb
  • a site needs a physical survey before remote design
  • equipment shipped but requires local installation
  • a rack/IDF needs hands-on work
  • a remote engineer needs someone to trace, patch, photograph, test, or verify
  • a Teams Room needs physical installation
  • a carrier/demarc issue needs onsite troubleshooting

Network infrastructure

Physical network field capabilities include Cat6/Cat6A cabling, premises fiber, patch panels, racks / MDF / IDF, patching, equipment mounting, and rack-and-stack.

Wireless

AP cabling, AP mounting, physical site verification, and PoE/network field infrastructure.

Security

Camera cabling / physical installation, access-control field infrastructure, and door-side low-voltage work where legally permitted by the jurisdiction and awarded scope.

AV and collaboration

Display mounting, conference-room AV, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Yealink / Logitech physical field installation, cabling, and commissioning.

Site support

Field photos, serial/model verification, cable tracing, demarc / carrier support, equipment swaps, remote-hands assistance, punch lists, and closeout notes.

Client protection

ATS does not need to own your customer's managed-services relationship to be valuable to you. For partner-led scopes: your team can retain architecture; your team retains credentials/tenant access; your team retains licensing and managed support; ATS operates under a defined physical field scope; client-specific non-solicitation is available. If an end customer asks ATS to replace a protected partner's managed IT relationship during that engagement, the answer is no.

Scope stays clear

Before dispatch, define hardware onsite vs technician-carried, remote configuration responsibility, credential/tenant responsibility, testing requirement, definition of complete, required photos, required notes, escalation path, and signoff.

Multi-state deployments

ATS has completed repeat field deployments outside Pennsylvania, including rack-and-stack / smart-hands work in Maryland, Maine, and Ohio, a four-room Teams deployment in North Carolina, and multi-phase infrastructure work in Connecticut. Additional travel scopes are reviewed based on geography, schedule, logistics, technical requirements, and applicable licensing requirements.

Resources matched to the project

Larger and multi-site scopes may require additional qualified field resources. ATS plans resources around site count, geography, schedule, technical scope, access, safety, and closeout requirements. The partner still gets one accountable ATS point of coordination. Related pages: IT/MSP partners, commercial capabilities, and multi-site technology rollouts.
