Multi-Site Technology Rollouts & Field Deployment

One field standard across locations — scope, photos, testing, exception reporting, and closeout defined before field resources arrive onsite.

One field standard should not turn into five different installation standards just because the addresses changed.

Atkins Tech Solutions supports repeatable field deployments for MSPs, integrators, restaurants, commercial operators, and multi-location technology programs — with scope, photos, testing, exception reporting, and closeout defined before field resources arrive onsite.

At a glance

  • Field standard defined before mobilization
  • Exception reporting when a building differs
  • Photos, testing, and closeout built into the SOW
  • One ATS coordination point across sites

Why multi-site work breaks

Multi-site projects amplify small inconsistencies. Without a field standard, sites end up with different rack layouts, inconsistent labels, missing photos, hardware installed in different positions, undocumented exceptions, incomplete testing, and notes that cannot be compared.

Before rollout

Define the program before field resources arrive.

  • site list
  • scope by site
  • hardware responsibility
  • labeling convention
  • required photos
  • testing requirement
  • remote contact
  • escalation process
  • exception categories
  • completion checklist
  • signoff

Field execution can include

Depending on the awarded SOW, ATS field deployments can include:

  • rack-and-stack
  • structured cabling
  • AP installation
  • camera/access field infrastructure where legally appropriate
  • POS/network physical work
  • AV / Teams Rooms
  • surveys
  • swaps
  • demarc/circuit support
  • testing
  • punch lists

Exception reporting

When a building differs from the standard, document what was found, what prevents standard completion, photos, the proposed remedy, whether work can continue, and who approved the change.

Multi-state proof

ATS has completed repeat field work outside Pennsylvania, including rack-and-stack / smart-hands deployments in Maryland, Maine, and Ohio, a four-room Teams deployment in North Carolina, and multi-phase infrastructure work in Connecticut.

Additional out-of-region work is reviewed based on geography, schedule, logistics, technical requirements, and applicable licensing requirements.
