Challenge
A conference room can contain perfectly good hardware and still be a bad room. Display height, camera position, cable routing, table connectivity, power, network, and room hardware all have to land in the right place. If those responsibilities are split loosely between vendors, the room can be "installed" without being ready for an actual meeting.
