The challenge
Multi-room collaboration projects fail when each room is treated as an isolated TV install. The client needed a repeatable Microsoft Teams standard across four rooms, with hardware mounted consistently and tested before turnover.
Work performed
Atkins Tech Solutions approached the deployment as a repeatable multi-room standard rather than four separate display jobs. Displays were mounted, Yealink Microsoft Teams Room video equipment was installed around the physical layout of each space, and the completed rooms were tested before handoff.
