Commercial Low-Voltage Closeout Checklist
A low-voltage system is not finished because the devices turn on. Closeout is labels, testing, documentation, and ownership.

Cabling
The cable plant should be identifiable without reverse-engineering the install.
- cable IDs match drawings/port schedule
- both ends labeled
- patch panels labeled
- faceplates labeled when required
- failed links corrected
- required test level completed
- results organized by cable ID
- temporary/abandoned material addressed per scope
MDF / IDF
The closet should be supportable the next time a device moves or fails.

- rack/panel labels complete
- spare space identified
- UPS/PDU condition documented as required
- rack photos
- room access returned to owner
Fiber
Include fiber closeout only when fiber is in the awarded scope.

Document AP identity and the cable that feeds it.
