Challenge
A messy closet is not automatically a dead closet. When the network supports daily operations, cleanup has to be performed without turning an organization problem into an outage. The first task is therefore not "make it pretty." It is: identify what is active; understand dependencies; decide what can be changed safely; preserve service; document the new state.
